Q:  I am a new patient to your practice, how do I select a doctor?

A: You may go to our website and find a doctor.  Here we have information to help you select one of our outstanding physicians.

Q: What insurance plans do you accept, and will my visit and all related services be covered by my insurance?

A:  We accept all major medical insurance carriers and most commercial insurances.  Due to the vast array of plans available, your carrier is best equipped to assist you with this question.

Q:  Who do I contact with questions and information about billing?

A: Please call our billing department at 563-355-1853.

Q: How do I obtain medical records?

A: Please complete the medical records form found on our website and fax to us at 563-355-0327.  Our medical records department will complete your request for copies within 14 days.

Q:  Does Ob/Gyn provide second opinions for patients?

A:  Yes, the doctors at Ob/Gyn are happy to provide second opinions.

Q: What types of treatment are offered?  Do you offer robotic surgery?

A: We offer a variety of treatments and in-office procedures.  Please check the website for more information.  We do offer robotic surgery, and you can find more information regarding that on our website.
